Jesse Blinick is a Toronto lawyer, having been called to the Province of Ontario Bar and the New York State Bar, and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Ontario Bar Association.
Jesse has represented private and public businesses on a variety of matters, including acquisition and sale of assets and shares of private companies, a merger of public companies, public offerings, private placements and other financings, and other general corporate governance and compliance matters.
After graduating from the Syracuse University College of Law, Jesse articled and practiced at a national law firm located in downtown Toronto, gaining experience in corporate and securities law, competition law, and restructuring and insolvency law, amongst other areas. Jesse has also spent time at the Ontario Securities Commission in their Corporate Governance group, as well as trained at a personal injury law firm in London, England.
